Sales Manager will be responsible for selling Licenses.He / She will need to build relationships with firms to cross sell & upsell the services solutionsand manage the relationship with client. The Sales Manager is expected to be highly motivated and someone who has a proven ability to prospect new customers and cultivate and expand existing accounts to their fullest potential. The prospective candidate must have proven experience in solution/consultative selling
Developing a pipeline of qualified leads through references & local sales initiatives.
Managing the sales cycle from initial contact through to close of the sale.
Achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets separately.
Demonstrate excellence in sales operations - account mapping, sales forecasting and reporting
Identify & appoint channel partners for selling & implementing simulators
Collaborate with implementation/support team to ensure customer usage & satisfaction.
Assists the senior leadership team in providing a strong customer focus
Develops and executes effective sales plans.
Should have concept selling skills and ability to engage with multiple customer stake holders
High result orientation with single minded focus to achieve sales results
Proven track record of consistent, year-over-year revenue sales success versus peers.
Flexibility in work hours that could be driven by customer expectations
Ability to work from home and office.
