Sales MANAGER

Basic Functions

  • Sales Manager will be responsible for selling Licenses.He / She will need to build relationships with firms to cross sell & upsell the services solutionsand manage the relationship with client. The Sales Manager is expected to be highly motivated and someone who has a proven ability to prospect new customers and cultivate and expand existing accounts to their fullest potential. The prospective candidate must have proven experience in solution/consultative selling

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Developing a pipeline of qualified leads through references & local sales initiatives.

  • Managing the sales cycle from initial contact through to close of the sale.

  • Achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets separately.

  • Demonstrate excellence in sales operations - account mapping, sales forecasting and reporting

  • Identify & appoint channel partners for selling & implementing simulators

  • Collaborate with implementation/support team to ensure customer usage & satisfaction.

  • Assists the senior leadership team in providing a strong customer focus

  • Develops and executes effective sales plans.

EXPERIENCE

  • Should have concept selling skills and ability to engage with multiple customer stake holders

  • High result orientation with single minded focus to achieve sales results

  • Proven track record of consistent, year-over-year revenue sales success versus peers.

  • Flexibility in work hours that could be driven by customer expectations

  • Ability to work from home and office.
