The role of talents and their training and nurturing is very important and crucial for the growth of an organization. Here we chalk out the policy towards this goal.
Expert team members with a focus
Our team comprises experts who bring specialist technical knowledge and enrich the group. There is a strong focus on training, that serves as an essential foundation for work. Apart from that, the staff has an early focus on various important and strategic aspects that offers a new way of working and adds some new perspectives. This helps to be more organized and efficient. They spend some extra hours and are dedicated to the learning of novel concepts and tools, which helps them to make a meaningful contribution to the stages, causes, and processes to work for a better future.
An exclusive Training Program:
Particularly we mention here that the Train to Hire Program which is online and takes care of the developers. It is a 60 Day Program where the experts are assigned the task of training the selected candidates. When the training is complete the trainees get an opportunity to join the teams and make a fine career move in their life. There is an interview covering the communication skills and the subject knowledge of concepts. The candidates are required to excel in competency and the fee is 35000/- with a batch of 30 members. This serves as a gateway to Absyz.

The work is to see the defining the rate at which data is communicated. The focus is on building the foundation, for the next generation of technologies. For the team, the most important thing is to believe in ideas and push them forward. The self-belief to do something great will turn that vision into a reality.

There are a lot of home-grown talents available with us, and we have a talent development strategy that can help in identifying and nurturing employee skills and building a fine workforce.
We recognize the potential in our employees and capitalize on the strengths and abilities of employees and help them to come up with strong ideas for the growth of the company. They receive the best of training and development.

We look at teams and help them to thrive over time and undertake many initiatives to ensure continuity in growth.
The employees today crave more balance in their lives which is crucial and makes a huge difference.
We have many Talent development initiatives to offer to the employees so that they can learn and expand in their special areas. The focus is on making them happier and better at productivity.
The employees can easily explore and expand their interests, professionalism, and abilities and relate to their work better.
We have many strategies that foster growth. These have the features of good intentions, solid planning, and expert execution.
Social initiatives and activities
Absyz has the following Clubs that are active and carry forward the message of learning, knowledge, entertainment, and sports.
Beginning with the CSR Club, it has performed activities during the pandemic and before it also by helping and assisting the weaker sections of the society with an understanding and deep impact. There was a message to the society that Absyz will help in times of necessity or distress. Various activities were performed last year.
Firstly, it was the “Be a Santa “event where there was a visit to the orphanages and a plan of a single-day event with them. To mark Christmas Day, Absyz distributed food and gifts to all kids.
This was followed by the Zomato Feed India campaign where we distributed 500 food packets in collaboration with Zomato feed India to the needy people during the lockdown.
The “Guardian of Dreams” event through the NGO based out of Bangalore. It has collaborated with multiple orphanages across Bangalore. We donated an amount worth two months of expenses for an orphanage.
As a part of the aid in Covid aid, we donated a sum of Rs 1,00,000/- to Akshaya Patra.
Finally, in the future, there is the “Talent Quest for India”- with planned activities in collaboration with Talent Quest for India Chennai that will cover a Learnathon in which Absyz employees would give training sessions to the College students in rural areas, Phone Mentoring, where the employees would conduct mentoring sessions to the College students in rural areas and boost their confidence, helping them to understand the career opportunities ahead in building soft skills.
Annual Day of 2020 was conducted virtually, and there were competitions, skits, and a talent show where the teams secured points and cash prizes. There was a quiz competition in June 2020 at the individual level.
The Sports Club had conducted Football Volley, Cricket, and Badminton events apart from indoor games like Chess Carrom and sending the team to HYSEA which generated enthusiastic participation from the employees.
The Know-How Club conducted an online session on the importance of CI/CD in March 2021. Also, there were two batches of TTH (Train to Hire) specially conducted for developers in September 2020, and in February 2021. One batch in September 2020 catered to the intake of Bachelor of Arts.
The Entertainment Club was a good performer during the Annual Day.
